I'm planning to do survey gateway for my viral script, and I have a question in which the company register, where can I find the best free offers (for example: 'free ipads' etc.)?

    p.s. I don't mean to cpalea'd, adscendmedia etc.

If you want to play it the black hat way and promote non-incent offers then almost all networks have email submit. Just pick your favourite(s) and have fun! (but make sure to hide your tracks properly, spread your earnings across several networks and take other normal precautions)

On the other hand, if you're looking for network that have incent email submits then you will find the largest selection from well known content locking networks (cpal, adscend, blam, leadbolt etc.), however you can always ask the AM of any larger network and chances are that they have an incent offer or two that you can promote.

    Depends on your content.

if your content is legal, I would recommend adscend media but as you said its viral gateway.... adscend doesn't accept facebook traffic any more.

Or else you try dollarade, they are pretty cool people.

Unlockr.com is doing a pretty good job too.

Are you saying there are CPAs allowing "illegal" content? :p

I am sure that's not the case, but I'd be interested in knowing more what you meant here.

Noob Q...but after reading a few posts here, what's the major difference between incentive and non-incentive offers?

Is it where the visitor completes the offer and gets something he/she wants (incentive) vs. completing an offer and not getting anything (non-incentive)? If that's the case, why would anyone do non-incentive offers? Why fill out an offer and not get anything in return?

    You got the difference.

As per why would anyone do non-incentive offers, in the end the user will (or is suppose to) receive something in return or can actually win it.

e.g.: you may have a free iPad or a free game by filling a number of fields.
Incentive for user is the actual item that will be received/won.

Non-incentivizable means you cannot give to user something yourself to incentivize that offer to be completed.

In other words, there is always an incentive behind it, but for some offer you cannot give the incentive yourself.
