Best CPA Adult Network With Gateway?

Sup guys im looking for a good CPA network with a gateway to hide my content and have the visitors complete a survey to have access.

Is there a good network our there?im currently with AAN but there offers are pretty messed up..they dont convert and they pay very low.

I need a network ASAP my traffic is insane at the moment,If you know of a good network please let me know.Thanks in advance to all ya on this forums.

I don't think anyone wants that kind of traffic - it never backs out, most CPA networks that I know of don't wanna touch it, it's literally useless traffic since the people are worth $0.
