It's crap nowadays and they are not the network they used to be few years back, you will see many publishers complaining about the conversion rate and what not
 
I am currently using CPA Build, but i haven't experienced any result as my movie website is at the beginning, it has some good offers to take into account. You can try it if you want.
 
I am with galaxion 2 years already, best cpm for me, also the manager is willing to help anytime .. Cheers :)
 
I already posted this somewhere else, galaksion by now are best for streaming sites but you need to have a lot of traffic and to choose the best manager, i was getting very low cpm when i created an account on my own, but when a friend of mine that has a lot of traffic gave me contacts from his manager and he created me account i get a lot bigger cpm, and compared to another network they provide me anything i need. With galaksion you can get paid in crypto which is most important for streaming site owners, they don't ask for KYC, and you can choose when you want to get the payment.
 
On the other hand I'm getting bad rates on galaksion. Do you really have to negotiate with the manager? I stopped using them on popups and I'm using popads network till now. My CPM is very low on galaksion compared to popads.
