Unless you've got extensive industry contacts and at least $1mil in capital for your starting cashflow don't bother.

It's not easy money and it's not something 99.999% of people should get into.

And since you're asking for a 'course' you're most definitely not in that 0.001%

If you have to even ask the question about running a cpa company, you're in fact nowhere near.

The last thing the industry needs is more crappy cpa companies brokering offers with absolutely zero industry knowledge and zero capital.

No offense, but you don't need any industry contacts, nor at least $1mil. There are TONS of networks who started with a few hundred only, and without contacts. You can simply take offers off other networks who have contacts established and take your cut off it. Simple as that. Obviously your network will have lower payout, but if you know what you're doing you can make it work.

And also, many offers offer free to join affiliate programs, which you can implement in your network as well. I think the biggest problem here is how you would get publishers to join your network and maybe getting the script done, or you can use Hasoffers which is paid script.

I'm personal friends with 2 ex-owners, both former owners of networks, one of them massive and the other large, and loosely associated with at least half a dozen current network owners. I'm not just spouting nonsense based on what I've read on a forum.

I know for a fact the realities of running a network and anyone who says you can do it with a few hundred dollars is just regurgitating crap they've heard online after reading a blog post somewhere, sometime about hasoffers.

I personally wouldn't even start a network with as little as $1mil. That money can be sucked up fast. If you get big affiliates then you'll have to pay them before you get paid which means not only do you need working capital, but you need the experience to spot fraud. And you won't get big affiliates without competitive rates. You won't get competitive rates without direct contact with advertisers, a proven track record, or a name. It's not as easy as you think.

Brokering offers from hasoffers and making a few $ a month from some crappy affiliates sending you the occasional lead is not running a network.

First thanks for a very fast reply's!, I won't start the company myself'! i will partner with a big company in my country "which is a 3rd world country" and this company have a hell lot of contacts because it's nature of work as it's a Graphic Design and Website developing company and has a lot of local contacts here already.

You can say that we'll be the first CPA company in this country even in the whole 3rd world region!, it's like opening a CPA company in the early 2000 or even before in the 1st world countries so i think the process will be very much easier and cheaper?

What do you guys think about that? as i told the company i am going to partner with has a good starting capital and a lot of local contacts who will be more than glad to advertise with the new company.

all i want to know is the "Exact" steps and procedure to start or initiate a CPA company, like the type of servers needed, the script, how to setup the offers in the script and setup tracking and specially the mobile offers which convert upon pin submit and so on,..

That's kind of like asking the exact steps to setup a nuclear power plant. Your company will need to hire an expert.

Why you tend to make it harder for me man? i am experienced very well as a publisher not as a CPA company manager, i have promoted hundreds of offers from maxbounty, neverblue and mundomedia successfully so i know how CPA works it's not a rocket science! i was just asking for a guide that could help me in starting this kind of companies because it's my very first time to do something like that.

The clients/advertisers are ready, the funding source are ready, even the translated script is ready! i just want a clear picture or a person who managed a CPA company before to guides me because even if i know how to start the company myself i could forget about something important that could make the company fails from the beginning!

What?? How am I making anything harder for you? I'm a name on a forum. You said you have a company with a big budget and they want to setup a cpa company so I suggested your company hires an expert.

I don't know why you're talking to me about how experienced you are promoting offers. What does that have to do with anything? I've shopped in supermarkets all my life. I've bought thousands of things over the years. That doesn't mean I know how to run a supermarket.

You're actually asking for a guide on running a cpa company. If I was investing and you said you were the man to do it and I found you on a forum asking for a guide I would flip out.

It's like you've got investors to start your own oil drilling operation and you've just gone on a forum asking for a guide to setting up an oil drilling company. It's so ludicrous. You need an expert. There is no magical pdf that's going to tell you everything you need to do to run a cpa company.

The reality is everything is ready, but you're completely clueless about what to do next. I'm sorry if you think *I'm* making it harder for you, but the reality is it's just hard for you because you don't have a clue what you're doing.

Ok let's say i am clueless where can i learn about this topic? i won't hire an Expert because actually there isn't one here in my country, so it would better than just saying you will never be able to start a CPA company is to help me out with information and resources on the topic or someone who managed a real CPA company to get in contact with.

I'm not trying to be difficult.

I'm also not saying you can't run one. People start out from nothing and decide to do the impossible and many succeed.

But those that are seeking to do the impossible don't come on a forum asking for a guide. :)

There is no guide to doing what you want to do. It's a huge topic with many many parts to it. I could sit down with you for 8 hours and you would still have barely scratched the surface on what you need to learn.

You've essentially gotten investment to build a nuclear power plant and you're trying to find out how to build one now on a forum. That's basically the equivalent of what you're doing. What can anyone say?

Your path to learning is to start small, build up, make mistakes and learn from them, but you've got a company and investment behind you. They won't want to sit tight and fund you while you learn.

It really depends what you see as CPA. If you think of a new CPA becoming the new Peerfly, you obviously need more than a million. But I'm into CPA for a while, but incentive CPA, not non-incentive.

I can tell you that 70% of the networks people use for incentive CPA are started from scratch and succeeded with a few hundred dollars and no connections at all.

Examples? Sure. ShareCash, FileIce. One of the biggest PPD(CPA) networks. They take offers off other networks and use them for their content lockers. People using them making hundreds per day. Other examples? CPA Grip, AdWork Media, and TONS of other networks I can't be naming right now.

It depends what the goal is here, if you wanna become the next PeerFly, you obviously will need more than that. But still, to get started I don't think you need such a big amount, nor that many connections.

Sure, incent is a bit different because you're adding value with your own content locking tech. I've never used fileice or any of the ppds so I don't actually know exactly how they work, but they essentially just went even higher level than normal content locking. To make the most money people can just content lock themselves and use an incentive offer, but then content locking networks came along and made that easier, but took a bigger cut. ppd then went even higher level and did even more work for people and probably even provided guides/tips on promotion. That then attracted masses of noobs rather than a few super affiliates as you'd find in a normal affiliate network.

It's all about where you add value. In normal affiliate networks value is added through better and faster payouts, which requires contacts and capital, so for those traditional networks the barrier to entry is high.

With incent there are a lot of ways to add value though, so I agree that if the goal is an incent network then there's a lot more options that don't require capital or contacts.

Dude. The anwser is already givin! If you are clueless google.
    Lazy? Hire an expert
No expert in your country? Fucking call Hasoffers or another affiliate tracking software and fly out to the states to meet them and let them help you.
Scared to fly? Fly an expert in to your country
Dont got money for that? Dont start an CPA company

Advertisers shave you and potentially lead to lawsuits if you misrepresent your campaign.

Unless you start an innovative idea you might as well incorporate a new payment model because this industry is immensely competitive.

I recently started one on £15k and I underestimated it's cost. Try to make it niche. Mine is invitation only and we provide some black at bots. We source deals where affiliates won't get a better deal going direct but we have to commit to mo they targets. I only launch offers where I know I can personally meet the targets I've committed to so the affiliates are just an added bonus. I think if I was in a position where I relied on them I wouldn't risk doing it.

I suggest to put the idea on hold as your 'backbone' might go bankrupt before a year. The reason is there are many BH marketers that generate leads without fruitful conversion and demand swift payment so as to get pass the b*n. Again, there are so many forms of CPA and without a team of experts, it's really difficult to break into either one, not to mention all.

Why don't your parent company perform a JV with the big boys out there, slowly learning the ropes and of course, gain independence one day.

Analogy: To run a supermarket, you probably need to climb the corporate ladder in rankings, typically from floor manager up to general manager and finally director. Once you do so, chances are with lesser resources, more contacts and wide exposure gets you to $$,$$$ if not $$$,$$$,$$$.

Hope you can postpone (not drop) the idea - it's lucrative and trust me.

Well this thread is going interesting
with lot of knowledge and tinge of humour

Just want to Say hi to all here
and mention that there is alternative to hasoffers
    and that is AdsGraphy
with almost 1/3rd pricing of hasoffers
and has few other features which no other tracking has
like content locker, link locker, video locker, and many more.
