Hi guys, I'm receiving a passive income for the next 3 years from affiliate marketing I did for an Asia-based company I used to work for (Well under $1000 a month). Now the company has told me that unless I form a legit company name, they will have to pay tax on my income as it cannot be classified as a service fee to a company if its paid to an individual. Where would you recommend cheaply setting up a company just to have a real company name and be able to get my affiliate commission tax free? Just for the record, I am physically based in Asia but got residency in Europe. I know for instance, in the UK you are allowed to earn over £9k a year tax free as an individual, but I'm not sure if it also applies to a company? I have also been looking at offshore companies e.g. BWI, but usually they are quite costly to set up and have big yearly fees. Of course a sustainable option would be the best as I'm just starting out with IM. Any recommendations?
