Best Cost effective way for lots of 100% unique read-able articles ?

What is the most cost efficient way to get a lot of 100% unique and read-able articles to publish on tier 1 sites such as web 2.0s, article directories, and guest blogs etc etc? My biggest hang up right now is getting cheap contextual read-able articles, not ones I would choke at reading for my tier 1 links.

Get it written by a bunch of writers who are willing to offer their services at a "cheap" price. I know that it can be a bit time consuming process for searching such writers, but once you find them, then believe me it'd be like hitting a jackpot. I had once found couple of writers who used to write at $1.5 per 500 words and their writing skills were impeccable. But unfortunately one of them stopped writing after he applied for PhD in English.
