Through my years in content marketing, I have heard pieces of advice and tips in regards to content. I have also read books about it. But the best tip that I have received so far is this: "Don't write to sell. Write something to inform and entertain." And from then on, my writing style changed.

How about you? What's your best tip for content marketing newbies?

You'll always have a love-hate relationship with it, no matter what ya do

True. I always feel that especially in formulating new ideas when I am posting regularly. Thank you :)

Baby don't hurt me no moreeeee

My advice like always was it is to write/do it for people not for robotsr

I completely agree. I hate to see articles that are obviously written like that. Some content writers should be reminded about this.

write something that you would read
Thank you for sharing your advice. It is just sad that some content that you can see nowadays are obviously not doing that.

content writers learn new things each time they take a project.
So if you get an order to write an unknown topic. Don't be scared. Tell your mind that you are going to learn something new and try to be calm.

Write Something to Learn Something and Earn Something! :)

Your content should be unique, readable nowadays audience need more informative content, they need solution for their problem, based upon this you can write content

Write something you would want to read, and something humans can appreciate, not just Google. Also, try to make it interesting whenever you can, even if the subject is a bit boring.

Write actionable and informative content rather than conversational chit-chat.

Youtube should not be ignored. If you can rank a video on youtube in a good niche that is massive traffic.

Content Marketing is a commitment, not a campaign and also remember this quote "content builds the relationship, relationships are built on trust. Trust drives revenue.
