Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is a classic.

Right now, I am reading What Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast. I am enjoying it.

Hands down Rework and Getting Real by the dudes at 37signals (creators of basecamp). Every employee I have hired is required to read those two books and every new entrepreneur I work with is strongly encouraged to do the same. Their philosophy on startups gets the mind right and away from the garbage of needing to get VC funding before starting your dream co.
