Up to this point I have used a free autoresponder, but now I want to switch to a different service (taking it more seriously).

Can you recomand me an autoresponder that allows me to import an existing list (around 3000 emails in it) without them having to opt-in again?
BTW. I donĀ“t have ip/date of subscribers, the leads are single opt-in!

    Further advice much appreciated!

GetResponse will let you import single opt-ins without additional confirmation, but will ban you if they get complaints or high bounce rate

Vertical Response will ask for optin, but verification is slim.

Tell them you've vetted and are moving from another company, your lists are clean and youve had them opted in prior. They will clear you.

I am looking for a free autoresponder actually. I need something I can strap onto Y! or Gmail and respond to emails accordingly. Can you point me in a direction just to get that started? Ive worked in mailing outside of blackhat, but I am jumping into a new venture.

Also, feel free to PM me. I worked CS at a major mailing company, I have insightful tips and hints. ;)
