Best AI image generator right now? I don't have access to DALL-E2

I first learned about AI image generator on marques brownlee YouTube channel. It is an intriguing tech. PAA guys would benefit from it
 
It's really difficult. Costs too much resource-wise for spam sites usually, I'm using it for some white hat sites. For now mostly playing with it. Just generated these:

I'm into vaporwave/cyberpunk aesthetics.

take a look over on Reddit....there are several interesting projects over there, if not do a search on YouTube for AI generative text to image, again there are several different ones on that platform.
