Best Affiliate Programs for e-whoring?

I've read alot of posts about e-whoring. And I'm planning to get my feet wet tomorrow!

However, I see some offers pay $1 for a free sign up. Some as high as $25??? I'm a bit confused on which offers I should be promoting.
