If your looking for major sources of cam models then perhaps Streamray. I think they own icams and cams com, and in some way their connected to adultfriendfinder, but I think their cam tech comes from Dockler but I'm not sure about it. Worth checking them out at least.

Yeah, you also have iStream Network which is pretty big. They are all connected somehow, so variety is limited through the established ones, but if you want to tap into the big guys Ito the best tech, streaming quality, regulation compliant and so forth, you have Docler Holding and they have some unknown sources to tap into also. Good luck though with them! Think their based in Luxembourg and they basically governs the webcam industry through it's services. Cheap they are probably not either, if you can even get a deal.

I feel I didn't give you any good answer, maybe someone else has more insight in that market.
