Ok. I have a flyer all designed to put out. It's sort of a newsletter/sales flyer (with CPA ads and ads for my site and for cheap websites) with a few helpful tips and articles spread around to entice people to read it/keep it whatever.

The problem I am having here is which kind of CPA ads to put. I don't live in an apartment community, Just houses - mostly filled with middle class folks 45 - 75. I doubt half of them even have a computer and if they did they wouldn't get on it to find my ads. So what the heck do I put out there? I have azoog,cj ,Lnkshr & never

I would like to put a dating one (have a redirect from my site) but not sure I'd get much action from married suburb people. (LOTS of business owners though!)

The flyer/newsletter also ties into my website - a community based one i just made so technically those who do get online can get led there where there are more articles glorifying my cpa links and an option to pay to be listed too. But, gotta get them there or get them to sign up for something!

    Any ideas greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

p.s. And I can't go drive to the major area where all the apartments are. No [regularly available] Car.

How are you going to distribute them? The local paper? or put it on their cars?

Well, I haven't printed them yet cause I don't know which ads to put. I am going to make my own, have lots of ink and tons of paper so I am good for a few thousand to start. Have to do by foot for now, but plan to slip them into the free papers at the stores and out here people have a special mailbox for newspapers so I figured I could put one in there too instead of the door.

don't know of any arthritis CPA ads lol. Weight loss, the acai (like you) maybe health insurance or auto insurance ?

And where'd ya get those bizz cards for $5? Vista? Do they have other marketing info that comes on them whne you get them? Since you mentioned it. :D

    Thanks for your response!

Yep they do posters, flyers, brochures u name it, some shit i dont even know what the hell it is. Like car door magnets. its vistaprint.com i use .co.nz tho of course. It sounds like im promoting it but im not >.> The biz cards are free you design them on their site. Shipping costs $NZ9 at least. which is around 5 bucks US. Far better than kiwi sites like this:

    Code:
    http://www.colourcards.com/
    seriously, what a rip!

Try acai because it is really hot right now and should convert well. Since you only really know the age group it's hard to say what exactly to offer them. But generally speaking older people would buy something like acai. I dont know tho, dunno if my leads are old or not. I should ask.

Have a look around markethealth.com they have a nice range of health related products.

You would be very surprised at how many folk have a computer from this age group. If you are talking over 75's yes this may be true but certainly not the over 45s. Retirement and health are the the two main topics along with dating, yes I said dating. Many of this age are starting again.
I am finding all my age group 50+ are becoming gym junkies so you might like to offer free gym sessions etc. But anything to do with getting healthy seems to be popular. And also travel. Lots of travel ! Also dining out !

    Hope this helps.

Oh Heck, I totally forgot about Travel! ( maybe cause I don't do much of it) Cool. Travel, Acai.. no gym memberships with affiliates here, maybe I can score a deal at the one down the road. I do their ads, they let my butt be a member for free. :D (Worth a shot) Thank you!

Dating. Maybe I'll try a run. The 30+, 40+ ones pay more anyways. Do you guys think "late night date" sounds too.. "hook up-ish" for print ads?

Wakka... Cool deal on the cards I was going to get some a while back, (actually a few, and have them sent to various friends homes :D) but I heard they print vistaprint on the back so I didn't get them. If they don't come that way, let me know and I'll grab a bunch! - I'll even do it under your link. :)

Thank you both, appreciate the time.

If you are getting prints done...heres what Id recommend

    1) have one offer only...don't clutter the flier with 2 or 3 offers.
    2) Try financial related offers...related to retirement savings..mortgages..quick cash etc (even a small conversion can net you alot)
    3) Make sure your domain is easily remembered...use a dot info if it gets you a good keyword domain.
    4) I know its a long shot... but try out a few gift card email submits...I know the target population is small...but old folks generally talk alot...and it has the potential to go viral (just make sure your ad copy is good)
    5) Offer some sensational information...and then direct these visitors to your site for more info(where you can charge them more for the info)

    Have fun!

'...We're going through hard times, so I'm told and you have the very best demographic; 45-years-old to 75-years-old.

These wrinklies still feel 16-years-old in their heads and, as the aches and pains set in, they are very concerned about their health. So health is definitely on your menu...As is plastic surgery. I run a plastic surgery tourism website which makes fortunes. (Want to know the face behind 'themagician'? Book a boob-job or sex-change in Thailand and I might be the one who meets you off your flight with the limmo and escorts you to your hotel or my affiliate hospitals).

Your 'audience' have paid off their mortgage and the kids have left home so they have the very best disposable income. (Do not be fooled into thinking the mega-rich have that much disposable income. They usually live, not up to but way beyond their means, even if they earn a million bucks per week).

Travel is also a must. 'Gotta see that far off place before it's too late'.

Along with Health, don't forget Keep Fit, Dance, Cookery and, sadly, the ones who have lost their husband or wife and might want to seek a new partner.

Try to get inside the head of someone of this age, or speak to your Grandparents for some ideas you never thought of.

Above all, these people want to feel young again and you can make money helping them.

Oops! Nearly forgot Business Opportunities.(They get bored). And, if you're in the US absolutely anything to do with Las Vegas'.

The old tried and tested answer is the best one here

Test the initial ideas and measure the results. No one on any forum will let you know the 'best' answer cause only the market can tell you.

You might want to put two or three different looking ads out on separate flyers and see what one works best. That then becomes your control piece and you constantly test against it.

    Few tips:

**make each flyer look different from the others
    **test headlines first
**don't limit yourself (eg something that you think wont work might)
**look at the bottom line only (money made not responses or interest generated)
**use a reasonable amount of flyers to get meaningful test data
**when you have a winner ramp up at about a 4 to 1 ratio (not too big too early)
**look at replicating your winners in other areas

******Stick to the basics and NEVER give up******

    Hope that helps

You may want to invite your community to a poker game. I think it would be best to go door to door and ask them if they want to join a poker night with you. Party Poker would be the most suitable:
    Code:
    http://www.pokeraffiliateworld.com/party-poker-affiliate-program
You can choose between $125 cpa or 25% revshare. A minimum deposit of $50 is required for both options. But as you are running a poker event everyone that plays will convert. I advise getting an easy 11 players to make it a game of 12 (including you). This requires some cost as you will need to deposit and actually play poker though. But If you do the revshare... well no matter how much people play with, you still win ;) as long as you referred most/all of them.
