hi there, i am looking for a trustworthy equivalent to adfly that has the best rates for Latin American (Argentinian mostly) traffic. considering ouo. (dot) io, pays $1,5 per 1000 views. would be grateful for any suggestions/warnings on what to use or not o use.

check out shorte(dot)st I used to use them. their payout rates page says 14$ per 1000 views

That's crazy. I doubt it will close to that for latin traffic, but I will check it, thanks for sharing
