Looking for suggestions of SEO packages for a churn and burn website I'm experimenting with.

Not expecting much for that budget but it's a mass page website with zero links so just wanting to check if any sort of link building to the homepage adds any authority to all the pages.

For experiment purposes- I think these 3 should be ordered.
ALSO Why not do like 30% links to homepage and other links to various inner pages?
ALSO If u do "ONE LINK BLAST" in this month july, and then no other links in August, September then probably this experiment will not mean anything. I sometimes play with pumper blogs and they are of no use- unless i blast links at them for like 2-3 times atleast.

lol you don't spend money on backlinks for churn & burn. You spend it on scraping content, rewriting / spinning content, or autoposting content, it's much better than spending on garbage links that will have zero impact while impactful links are expensive and not worth investing in churn & burn.

Seriously, don't do it! Best to scrape a few 100s articles with that money, mass rewrite them and autopost on your site

Exactly right. I just posted 8k articles to my site. Cost? $0 and it will bring traffic down the road. With spam, volume is key

If you really want to give a fair shot to some testing project, you'll have to invest in it and give it the right links so you can judge later,
Let's say your testing website does have a decent on-page, do you think investing in cheap links will do actually help you make sure that such website/content or whatever you're testing do work or not?
Giving it a decent shot will simply require you to treat it as much as a normal established website, so you'll get a better idea whenever if it works or not,

You'll be surprised at some points as such projects will make some really good ROI,
i have a website done for testing since a year+- and today it's ranking pretty well, only HQ links built,

Your best choice would be some PBN renting service,
you can test with these for a couple of months and see how it goes
