That probably depends on what BH techniques you are using. I can tell you it would be a good idea to put an adsense-compliant privacy policy on your site. It's pretty generic, mostly stuff about cookies.

I'm curious to know what CPA/affiliate networks you are currently using that allow BH techniques. I'm running an autoblog and having trouble getting approved for any networks due to "copyrighted material on the website". But I do have adsense.
