Well I have to do it.

I have to copy my Widows Vista Ultimate I oficially bought so I can sell the legitimate copy and keep the copy I copied as I need the money and cannot carry lots of stuff if I go wondering off.

Man I hope your not drunk reading this.

Anyway what is the best way to do it and will I have OK Windows updates etc?

    Q

I reckon from experience you can install on a couple of machines before alarm bells go. The EULA are often 2 x computers 1 x desktop and 1 x laptop.

TBH though you should have a look at Ubuntu and install XP and Vista as virtualisations IMHO.

You can also check the wpa.bak trick that worked on Win XP to authorise offline on your same copy?

EDIT: You can also look up either Macrium Reflect or Ultimate Boot CD and create a disk image to reinstall?

    :)
