Hi

I wonder if some here have experience as being an poker affiliate despite advertising or playing poker is not legal in your country.

I've registered JoinPokerTable.com and would like to turn it into some kind of an affiliate. But the problem is that advertising or playing is not legal in Norway. But I've worked for a poker site (pfgames.com) before and the way they made it legal was to have the game server placed on Malta (where poker is legal)

So I wonder if I find a hosting server in Malta will then my project be legal?

If your server is located in US and you don't promote in Norway you should be fine. At the end of the day, nobody would even know where you are from.

yup, that's the beauty of IM, you can be no one if you want
beside, you can promote poker in other countries where it's legal(or not, they won't come after you anyway)
