You got a conversion from one of the clicks/ads.
Nevertheless you're kinda low on CPM/earnings. Maybe your site is too saturated with ads since you use 3 networks.

This all depends on the traffic. Many tube site viewers are looking for free adult videos and are not going to convert. Conversions on free adult tube sites are really poor. For these you are better just getting the few dollars you get from the ad spaces and scale it up as big as possible.

i also built a Adult Tube (wordpress based)and i upload adult video embeded by manual.(title keword description)
i also buy a tubeace Plugin but i think use the Plugin can't friendly to google.
so i just use the plugin do few work to upload the video.
now my question is:
how to rise traffic to U website? social media?(tumblr)?
how to upload U video?by plugin or manual?

By social media - get lots of twitter accounts, grow them, and start promoting your website - twitter traffic is very good.
By organic traffic - do link trades, buy hardlinks, but first of all you need an excellent on-page done. And when the on-page is done you can buy hardlinks (Careful from who you buy them, some may turn out to be just spam.)

And above all you need tons of content.
 
I don't know if you are still using flashX for embedding the videos. But what I saw when reading the FAQ was:

I do everything manual.
The most traffic comes from search engines (google) - about 80-90%
The aother part comes from twitter.
 
Good luck mate, your earnings are not bad at all actually ! ~ 120$ mo from single adult site and it will increase just keep working. If you want to double your current profit you should create clone or two of your website . From SEO part it is almost impossible to rank in top 30 for the regular keywords for porn so you better look around for long tails and unique terms. GL
 
Is this new videohost with the same principle? (You get paid for 1000 views)
Could you give more information on that? (link maybe)
Or is it private?
