So I posted this thread a while ago on my weight loss journey and many of you were requesting before and after pics. So here it is. Sorry, I cannot do face reveal yet lol. I only took facial pics and wish had taken full body pics as well. I am also attaching my weight loss journey journal from an app which I have on my phone. Again, please don't flood my PMs requesting weight loss tips or stuff like that. I am not a coach or nutritionist. Many commented that what I have done is crash dieting and they are probably right.

I have removed the backgrounds of images for privacy reasons.

Hey man i was wondering... if you could do outreach to some weight loss products and ask to sell your "testimonial" (basically give them your before and after pictures so they can use as testimonial with their product).

I think there is money to be made doing this.

Anyway, congrats!
 
Good but that's not everything.

I'd also add a well defined haircut for good looks.

I also will add purple suits to my wardrobe.

And remember once you lost so much weight, you probably lost muscle. For optimal results eat 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight.

So pump iron daily and don't forget to eat more calories now.

Also I'd check my hormones after such a fast weight loss.

My friends and extended are saying the same thing about money potential in this thing. They are suggesting I start a weight loss consultancy kind of a thing. But I won't be able to do that as regulations are tough in India.
