    Hello all,
I've done okay with affiliate stuff in the past but haven't done any affiliate stuff for 3 or 4 years.

Have discovered a very tight niche where there doesn't seem to be any affiliate activity (i.e. people trying to earn from the only affiliate scheme available), commission is 3% but what they are selling is valued at between $2000 - $25,000 per pop.

Average sale value probably $5,000 -$8,000 per sale.

Possible consumers - people searching for this?

Adwords suggests 1K - 10k searches per month for the 3 main keywords - so between 3K and 30K searches per month.

Only 1 affiliate offer though for 1 company - the rest don't offer any kind of deal.

Limited market, allinurl & allintitle comes up with ony 3500 results each.

Adsense CPC is recommended at about $10 per click.........

Is this worth plugging or not?

My thoughts were to try and generate affiliate sales for the company that offer it, then go to their competitors and offer advertising at $XXX or $X,XXX per month.

There is also room for selling related products via an affiliate model or to earn money through direct advertising.

Question is - is this worth pursuing or not - is just 1 affiliate offer enough to bother with, or do you think if I can generate sales I can get money from direct advertising from their competitors?

Can't make up my mind if I should take the plunge - what would YOU do in these circumstances / with these stats?
