Been Killing the Gym Lately :) 100% Natural

    I have been killing the Gym Lately and this is what I have achieved so far...

    I just eat as healthy as possible, even though I love sweets and pizza and a lot of other junk food I try to keep them at minimum.

    F*ck whey protein, creatine and shit like that... You can build a perfect body by just eating healthy and doing the exercises right! Trust me, I have achieved all this without ever trying anything except natural foods.

    This is "The Power of Will and Motivation"! Act Now for the things you love in this world ;)

    Congratulations, that's epic. I'm looking forward to start the gym the natural way but I have no clue where to start, feel so lazy too.

    Do they grow on trees? No. Do they grow in bushes? No. Do they grow in the ground? Fuck no.

    When you say that you're natural, it means you don't use steroids or shit like that. Creatine, and especially whey, are 100% natural

    The OP appears to be a younger male, in which case the ability to pack on the muscle mass does not need much besides a healthy diet and the discipline to hit the weights. The extra protein and supplements come in for those hardgainers who need more help in gaining muscle, and older trainers who develop the same difficulties with aging. And after a certain amount of growth everybody plateaus, and need an extra edge to progress further.

    how long did it take you to look like that? I just started going to the gym in january. Noticed strength gain and some mass build up but I obviously do not look like that
