Youtube doesn't accept partners from the country i currently live in , but in about a month i will go on a trip to Italy , from where they Doooooo accept partners .
So my question would be , if i apply for partnership there , will i get banned when i log in back at home ? Since they will see the ip aint from Italy .

You could partner with a network.

Haven't tried it, but logically thinking it would have to work out. Since I applied to become a partner using a diffrent name then my Adsense showed and still got accepted.

To this day, I have no clue what YouTube does with the info in their application, but it's definitely not used for payment. Probably internal book keeping, but fuck that.

No, you just use the IP to view the application and submit, thereafter you would do whatever you usually do.

YouTube never bans an IP. They only suspend users.

This question bothers me as well now.
I want to become a YT partner and I already have an AdSense acc.
However I've read that except just physically being in any country from acceptable list you also should have a bank account there too.
So I don't know how it's possible to become a partner if you live in a country which isn't allowed.
Any more info on this? I must be missing smth.

If you're not in the listed countries go for a partnership network. Basically they are partnered with youtube, they take a percent, about 10% of your earnings, and you get the rest of it+ more promotion than usual partners. +most of them are worldwide
I try to partner TGN now, they are the third network as subscriber size :D They have a minimum of 1000 views per day(on the channel, average of the last 30 days, check it with socialblade.com) and 15 videos. I have 14 videos, 2500views per day, did an application and they told me to come back after I met ALL the requirements, so they are very strict in this way xD
Can't post a link to their site here, PM me or search them on google.

    Other networks : machinima, RPM(of socialblade.com), Fullscreen
