I'm somewhat getting bored of eating meat these days and sometimes I wonder if I should give it a go and try being a vegetarian for some time. I only eat meat because that's what I've always eaten, it fills me up and tastes good when its well made. Is being a vegetarian more healthy? Can you build mass and muscles while being vegetarian? Can anyone shed some light on this? It's rather hard to find accurate information these days due to the commercial nature of our times.
