Beating the EFnet Blacklist

I'm trying to access an IRC server that uses the EFnet RBL ( I can't link, but it's the first google result for "EFnet RBL" ). All of the socks proxies you find on public sites and blogs are already blacklisted because of their use by bots. Does anyone have a good idea on how I can get past it?
