So who here outsources their web-content writing? Do you do any of it? And does price reflect quality?

I outsource every article I need. I can't write anything, had this problem since I was a kid but as soon as I have 1 article I can rewrite and/or spin that baby 100 times, so good that you won't even know which one was the original. So i don't mind paying 10-15$ for a high quality, well researched 1000 words article.

sometimes. I'm looking only for the best writers on freelance sites. It's better to overpay a little bit and get a good quality material from a real native speaker.

I outsource all of my articles, that's actually the only reason I go to DP anymore.

I don't outsource it because people don't do a very good job at all.

I did article writing for a long time and can write about 2000-2200 words of pretty good content in an hour or so.

It doesn't really take me long enough to justify outsourcing that compared to other tasks that take me longer.

I write all my own content. There are a few reasons. I don't 100% trust that someone else is going to give me something unique and good quality. I'd rather just take 10 minutes and get it done myself.

Consequently, I've researched and bullshitted my way through some extremely bizarre topics that I never thought I would need to know anything about.

Who usually does a nice job? I've been looking for someone or some site for a while now that will nail everything spot on but haven't had too much luck.

I do outsource sometimes. At the current moment, though, I write most of it.

I'm thinking about outsourcing more in the future because this "one man show / super multitasker" isn't working so well for me.

You will save so much time when you outsource your writing.
Honestly, i have just become too lazy to write all the articles, because i could never update all my sites continously if i would write them myself.
Currently i have around 3 people writing me articles long term, their first articles really sucked but after i dropped them some knowledge the quality increased rapidly.

I found them with freelancer, simply made a small project with a coupon (100% free) and shared contact details with the ones of whom i thought have potential.
You will have to teach them in some way, but then you will have some trustworthy and thankfull workers.

Same goes with linkbuilding. Teach them, give them work and both sides will be happy.

I outsource all my articles as English is not my native langue. I for sure know that price doesn't usually reflect quality. Tip: Try to go after writers that have been writing for a long time.

I really want to outsource my article writing and have done so on many occasions, but so far I am the only person I know of who can write a decent article with correct grammar and good SEO.

I've gone up to prices like $1.50 per 100 words.

I outsource, it's really cheap now and it's not that hard to find a trustworthy person that does the job pretty well.
