I just turned on the TV and happen to catch it live, he also seems to be pushing an FTC petition: http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/sign-petition to stop CPA company's from using his image.

I know this is not news to some of you but this might help you re-think the products you choose to promote...

yea, this has been going on for awhile...Oprah got on the lawsuit bandwagon too....about Acai Berry promortions
