Batch Video Appending Help Needed!!!

Ok here's my problem...

I have a 10 second AVI file that I want to add (append) to the beginning of a couple hundred flv and avi files...

This is a very tedious process if I do the append video by video using AVIDemux. Also I have found sometimes the audio comes out screwed up.

I guess put simply I need a program that can join a single video file to the beginning of a folder full of videos...hope that makes sense.

If someone could just recommend a program capable of making my life easier that'd be nice...
