Hey, sorry for noob question, but i read ebooks, and posts and all sort of things about leads, doing offers, submiting emails, zip..
I read how to do it, but never ever i saw an article that state what is allowed by you CPA company and what is not.
I am registered at CJ, so lets say i found an lead related to some online library. The link i lead to a page with an search option for books, when i search something it sends me to a page that require email. Can i redirect people to that page that require email ?
And what will happen if i lie to users, what if i create a landing page not related to online library that ask them to submit email.

You don't have to worry about that, deceiving your visitor is just basic blackhat :)

Just make sure you cover your tracks with a double meta refresh. Also, if you make a fake landing page and then redirect them to the library email submit, they'll see it has to do with a library and not related to what they were wanting. Unless you frame the offer's submit code, but that's a bit more advanced :)

So basically i cannot use that library email submit unless my landing page is somewhat related to that and make them believe that is what they need to enter ?
And what if CJ ask me to show from where does my traffic come ?
Thanks for info but.. i just do not understand how it all works for you guys..

What is allowed depends on your CPA company & on the offer you are promoting. Sure you can redirect the user to the email page. But, if it's not allowed by the network (or advertiser) be sure you cover up that you're doing it; otherwise, you lose your money.

Lie to your users if you want, but, like I said above, cover your tracks. Getting caught=not getting paid.
