Basic SEO tools - PR finder and backlink finder?

I'm having a VA do work for me. Used to be able to find backlinks using Yahoo's site explorer. No longer. What's a good tool for finding backlinks to competitor sites?

Also I have a list of existing sites, and would like to sort them by PR. Yes I know that page PR matters most, but this is a way to prioritize sites to link from. What tool do you use to check the PR of a list of links?

For finding backlinsk i would suggest SEO Spyglass
To check PR for list is masspagerank dot com

cudnt agree anymore masspagerank and Seoglass does the job effectively.
