Every day I have a few accounts that get suspended and need to solve captcha.

Just create a decent setup with residential static proxies in different anti-detect browser profiles with their unique cookies and you should be fine

sad to say but, theres always a ban wave.
its weather your in it that matters.

While these things aren't usually scheduled, otherwise it's easy to plan around, it's safe to say banwaves happen fast and frequent enough. Could also be a thing about your tools, IPs, etc. Gotta find out the actual causes first.
