Banning of Napsters Journey thread?

Hey,

So, you guys might be aware of the Napsters journey thread where he was helping beginners to create an authority website. It is almost close to two months since it started and I am one of the members who was selected to be a part of it. After investing a lot of time and money in this, the thread has been banned and I am stuck in a grim situation along with others who are in this journey.

I understand that mentoring is not allowed on the forum, but he was guiding us for free. I can attest to the fact that he wasn't selling us anything behind the scenes and has helped us a great deal. The worst part is that it took two months for the mods to act. I mean if they did it in the beginning, it would make much more sense and would not have affected the people involved badly.

I have spent over $1500 on the website for the design, content and promotion and now that things are looking great, I can't progress any further as the thread got banned.

Can I make a request to the mods to reinstate the thread and let the journey to a conclusion? I mean do not allow any future threads like this by all means but atleast let this one finish for the sake of the ones that are invested in this project.

Didn't you guys have a group? What was the purpose of selecting the 10 people if those 10 people were going to get the same info as the others reading the thread? And yep, the thread kind of broke the rules because basically it was mentoring. You should talk to Napster about the situation, I'm sure he'll help.

What was the reasoning behind the thread being removed. That was actually a pretty helpful thread and allow of people were following it without even talking to Napster.

Im also one of those 10. Its been great journey and it's going to be even more better because my keywords are now climbing to the first page.

Napster hasn't promoted anything to us. He even refused to sell his services when one of us wanted to buy his services. I know there is lots of people following our steps and it just feels weird that they cant do it anymore. Lots of time and money been invested...

I don't think it is a good idea to question mods decisions. Lets just drop it.

Yes, we have a group.The selected people were getting personal guidance from napster. He helped us with the domains, keyword research(He handpicked our keywords), checking our websites, content and suggesting fixes, changes etc.

Wow such disappointment from bhw. I dont see how Napsters thread was any different from any other blog where guys update on what they are doing.

I hope Napster you will start a journey thread from where you left off and continue as personal journey updating it with certain actions and giving a time frame for every step.

I have a new blog in which I had invested tons of time and money in learning everything from zero and when I started to feel burned out, your thread inspired me with hope I could actually go whole 9 yards with my blog and turn it into moneymaker with some guidance.

For me its not that the thread shouldn't not be banned because actually is breaking the TOS of BHW.
The thing that really bugs me is the fact why the mod where waiting for that long? its not like they didn't see the thread it was pretty popular thread.

This is bullshit. Not questioning the decision of mods, what if the decision is kinda fucked up.

If I was Napster I would feel something like this:

Anyway, I think that BHW was made for helping other people to succeed in Internet marketing. Napster had one of the most helpful threads. Probably stepped on someones toes with it.

Which of the mods had a business on selling authority sites? or any other similar sites. *Yes yes, I know napster had one as well, but as he stated he didn't mind*

In all honesty I was surprised the thread was allowed to remain up, but to delete it after 2 months seems a little nonsensical too.
