I've considered using services that people have dm'ed me about as a response to one of my posts. However most of these account have been banned recently. Being new to BlackHatWorld, how do you see if a person is legitimate or not given there isn't much information to see when their profile is banned.
Sometimes members just aren't aware of the rules and try to sell without upgrading their accounts.
Other times, there may be more serious reasons for a ban.
Our advice is to avoid buying from non upgraded members, as they are not allowed to sell.
So, if someone sends you a DM offering services out of the blue, always report it or create a support ticket.
You can also check members activity, their feedback pages, and how they've interacted with others on the forum.
In general, just avoid making deals with non upgraded members, and if anything seems suspicious, please report it.
