I have the same unique IP address for all sites (around 80). On this IP there are only my sites. All my sites was deindexed by Google. My hosting changed this IP to other one. Can it return all sites back to index? Or it is IP ban as well as domain ban?

Check if your sites are indexed in Google using: site:yoursite.com

You might wanna get a few IP's so you can have 5 or so sites per IP.

Or look at getting a unique IP per site but i'm pretty sure its not cheap :(

Check whether your hosting network is classified as unsafe or an origin of malware. I can't post links yet so you can google "google safe browsing diagnostic tool" and check your site there.

You may also check your network (example: ?site=AS:21844) by replacing yourdomain.com

I already tried site:yoursite.com and no, it isn't here. Hosting company is ok, has not hosted malicious software and so on. I'm 100% sure that ip was banned, i'm not sure if new ip solve it.

Sounds like your actual sites were deindexed and not the IP fi you cannot find it on Google index. Changing IP will not solve the problem. Actually do not think there is a solution. Have to learn lessons of whatever you did wrong and start again with new sites

Were you doing anything with those 80 sites that might get you banned?

79 domains were interlinked but 1 domain hadn't any connection to those 79 domains. Only the same ip address.
