Hi everyone.

Sorry you probably get this all the time.

but I've been banned from selling on Ebay and Amazon.

Ebay= Bad feedback.
Amazon= linked to another account. (don't actually remember the old account I had though)

And paypal perm limit was due to the Ebay issue.

How can I get back onto and sell on Ebay and amazon and get a new PP without all this happening again? I have tried a few times creating a new Ebay and PP account and PP keps getting limited.

I have however managed to make a new Ebay account via my phone.

So my question is how can I make an new PP and Amazon account without getting linked?

Never use your phone to create accounts.
Everything needs to be fresh.
Clean start, long living account.

The only flaw with this pdf is that there is no link to the video it describes, but the information is very easy to come across anyway. For using Ccleaner to kill flash cookies, hit the Applications button and go from there.

As andyframpton said, don't ever use your phone to start an account. If you need to change billing addresses, see if your bank will let you do that online, or just go to the nearest branch and speak with a representative.

i did that way : Changed Mac Address , Installed new Windows [ had to anyway ] , And Using VPN , New Gmail + Ebay + Paypal Account , All fresh

As others have suggested you need to start fresh.

Nothing can be the same or linked to your old account.

If you are using a VPN then it must provide an IP address from the same country as your eBay address.

The best thing to do is get a fresh STEALTH account, I buy mine from buyvcc and they are perfect! they are a little expensive but they work and they also send you a new IP Address that matches the account
