So after my amazing flameout on Facebook- banned within 2 hours of PMing 20 people- I tried to be a little craftier.
AOL seemed slightly more legit than a hotmail/gmail account so I signed up for a few of them.
I built a new FB profile and started to join web 2.0 sites. I had joined about 10 or 12 out of my list of 50 when I got a notification that AOL had detected suspicious activity and "for my safety" had blocked access to that account.

I've been trying to do things manually so I learn the SEO skills the right way- from the ground up.

I still have my 2.0 accounts, but I obviously need a better source for emails.

i had thought about trolling through some dusty corners of the interwebs and seeing if I could find smaller site offering emails, or maybe register for some courses online and see if I could score some decent email addresses that way. But that takes forevah!

Can you guy point me towards some good ideas for getting better emails? You don't need to give me links or even specif site names- but a general hint(s) would suffice.
Are you all buying them? using the ones that come from your own domains? Buying from older kids in the bathrooms between classes??

If you are doing things manually, why not just get a $.99 cents domain or some other throwaway domain, create an email address and open your accounts using them?

I'm not understanding the advantage to that... if they ban 1 email address I use from that domain- won't they ban all the emails from that domain??

Yeah... or just create some gmail accounts... use a VPN/Tor to log in....

I was using the Ultrasurf proxy with the AOL. I'm not sure if tor would have any advantage over Ultra.

I'm working on getting some private(ish) proxies to use but I'm still learning about the whole harvesting / checking procedure. But I still don't seem much of an advantage to using a proxy and a disposable account if they'll just block me from the account for no reason. All I did with the AOL account was sign up for accounts on other sites.

You said AOL banned you, right? If you create your own email from your own domain, the only person who can ban you is YOU.

You seem to be making the whole concept of email addresses way to complicated.

Using gee-male and yawho for these purposes is fine.

Just a note, you can use yawho uk accounts to get POP 3 access just like you have with gee-mail.

Do yourself a favor and stop trying to reinvent the wheel. BHW is filled with enough instructions, insights, tips and tactics on how to do things; use the search function!!!!

"Sorry if I wasn't clear.

my main concern is being banned from website if they think my profile isn't legit- partially due to a throwaway email addy.

If I use an addy from my own domain, will they ban domain and in effect ban all the addys at that domain?
Should i just consider the cheap domains/addys as disposable and just part of the cost of doing business?

( I use the search function here A LOT - I currently have 12 different BHW tabs open in my browser- but

how would I search for "email address" on here without getting 10,000 results?)
