Like the title says I had 18 "unhappy" cases we failed to close without resolution. Most were scammers we caught trying to return their item as ours since we sold direct replacements. They decided to ban us without warning saying they didn't like the way we were trending even though for all of October (which is almost over) we have had zero cases. So is there anyway to get back on ebay? It is me and a buddy who own the company and we employ three people. It's an actual big business and if we don't find a solution ASAP we have to lay off three really nice people who have families and all of that blah blah. Sucks knowing you ruined not only your own income but very nice people you have met over literally nothing. 99.4% positive feedback and this happened I am shocked. Any ideas would be nice if it matters we sell completely authentic used replacement parts

Best bet would probably be talking to Ebay and coming to a compromise. No one here can help you. XD

We have talked on the phone with them for hours about it. Whether it be having a limited account or certain things we had to meet to reinstate it but they literally won't give us the time of day. I assume that was a sarcastic answer since I found this forum from people talking about stealth accounts and how to get back on

If you were as big as you say, you should have been planning an ebay exit a LONG time ago. You should have already had your own marketplace set, redirecting ppl who view your listings and customers to. But like you said stealth, set up a new account in a new location using someone else's info (your other biz partner?)

Nothing stops you from going stealth right now, but as far as I understand, your intentions aren't going stealth, but to return your main account. Like being said earlier, after ebay bans you, there is nothing this forum can do to get your account back, you just have to do what they ask you and/or talking to them directly. I'm Top rated seller on ebay myself, and from my experience, the last thing you want to have is cases being escalated to ebay, you always should close them yourself, or convince your buyer to do so. Even if it means refund them and losing money, it'll prevent problems you have right now in the future. Cases being closed by members don't count towards your account health, cases that are being escalated to ebay all like strikes to your account, because most of the time, they're being won for buyers.

You can try to talk with Trust & Safety and submit an appeal. If you can provide documentation that shows the cases opened were bs you should have no problem getting your account back. I went through the same thing and it took a lot of calls but I was able to get reinstated.

If you want to recover your eBay account, the best solution for you would probably be talking to eBay(Trust & Safety). Explain them exactly what happened.

This really sucks...This is why ebay is such a scam, people work hard to build something up and then they just bring them down. Sorry to hear this

Because eBay does not play fair it forces our hand to break their terms of service. You need to start building history on
quality stealth accounts and this should have been happening long ago. Since you have several employees and I am guessing start
up money I would also strongly suggest you cross train your employees to do other work online like eCommerce. This way even
if something does happen to your eBay account they can be useful.

eBay is very stupid like this. Most of the times they just take the buyers side as that is the way they are making their money.
They don't give a fuck about the sellers.

That's insane.. I've had to argue with ebay before. Never over my account being suspended but about scam buyers and it's always a huge time consuming process. Just be patient and stay on them. Back everything you say up with proof and hopefully, eventually, if you're lucky.. You'll break through.

I hate that this happens to you and a lot of great sellers. I think there's only " Ebay " that can help you. I am sure if they are a little bit of human - they will understand.
