Banned from Amazon affiliate

I've just started 3 months ago using amazon affiliate program and when I got the first sale they reviewed my account and closed it for lack of content wich I fixed it and joined amazon again.
After my second sell, they closed the account again for using one of their images from amazon.com (wich I think it's retarded, people should see what they are buying)

So..i started again, made a sell and I was waiting to see what did I do wrong(Again) 1 week passed and I didn't get banned. I was happy, so I kept ranking my website ( got #10 for a keyword) and I wanted today to check my account...surprise the account doesn't exist. I checked my email to see what did I do wrong this time and there was no email from them, nothing.

What should I do now ? I already sent them an email and waiting for their reply.
Is there any alternative for amazon ? (I'm in a mattress/beds niche)

Thanks.

You can link images from amazon. i.e. use the image hosted at www.amazon.com/url and use that hyperlink as the source. What you cannot do is save the image and host it on your website. They do this because in case the product has any updates and the seller changes the image your website must display the same one. You need to be really careful with amazon. Read their TOS twice to make sure you have your shit covered.

I think you should re-write all your content and add more posts, thats what i did when i got banned the first time.

Omg, I have saved all the images and hosted them myself... Although i haven't been banned yet bbut ill surely update it now

They didn't mention anything about the content second time I got banned, but this third 3 I got no email, no explication, it's like I've never signed up for amazon.

Are you reapplying in your own name as I thought ( although I may be wrong ) if they ban you, you're not allowed another account ?

In my application review they state
"If your website has been further developed and now contains appropriate content, you are welcome to submit another application by using the following URL:"

Best thing is to ensure all the content you're putting on is unique, if you want to use their images use their links.
Are you using a specific theme or plug ins ?

Hey Mihai. I was in the same boat as you. I was banned mostly due to lack of content. But they sent me the payment for that commision later, about 2-3 months later after I got banned.

I don't think they banned you because of the images... I saw a lot of people using images from them and it's just fine... but I hoped you've hosted the images on your own hosting. From what I know, they don't like people who put an image linking to their servers, as it tends to eat a lot of resources over time.

Also, are you sure you don't have any typos in your email?

I've been a amazon affiliate for many years and have 1000's of images taken directly from amazon hosted on my websites and I'm not banned yet.

I have been saving images from Amazon.com and linking them to amazon aff link. Is that not allowed??

This is what they told me in the email for the second ban regarding the images
"We do not allow the use of URLs, trademarks, logos, etc. that include words that are trademarked by Amazon.com LLC. This includes variations or misspellings of any trademarked words."

And today I have no idea what happened because when I try to login in my account it says "The e-mail address / mobile number and password you are using are not connected to an Associates account."
I double checked my email and i did not receive anything from amazon

About images, I also download them and upload them and when I asked them if everything is OK with my site, they said it's fine. I got my first sale and it's shipped and still no ban. I doubt it's that then.

Yeah besides I am getting paid from Amazon from past year without any issues and following the same procedure.

Just make a new site and apply again. You've got more experience now. I also upload the images to my own hosting. I was worried about it for a while. Never received a complaint or anything though and I've been with Amazon for years. I think that most of the white background library style images (Ones that are not taken by sellers) are made for the purpose of showing / promoting the product. There shouldn't be a problem with using them. Hasn't been so far anyway!

Also, uploading the images to your own server makes things much easier for displaying featured images. When hyperlinked, with a lot of Wordpress templates they don't show up. Makes things look a right mess. Anyone know a plug-in that can pull a hyperlinked image and make it show as a featured / thumbnail image.
