    Hi.
I want to create llc via legalzoom, but found that they didn't help to open bank accounts.
So,how to open bank account ,if I myself non usa resident and need account for usa llc?
I heard about opening accounts online ,but if I open account for usa llc and send all documents as usa llc, I guess bank 'll ask my passport, and it's not usa. Can this be the problem to open account?
Any company who help with this bank accounts ?

To open llc is not problem, cause legalzoom can do everything ,ein and so on. Here is their gold package legalzoom.com/limited-liability-company/limited-liability-company-packages.html. You see that they have everything to open accounts.
The problem that I can't go to the bank myself, cause I am not in usa. So,the only choice is to open account online,if it possible.
Then,if I even 'll find the bank to open online accounts,I guess they 'll ask passport or driver license, both not usa.
Basically non usa guy want to open usa lcc's bank account. If banks allow this?

You can open a business bank account online, but you will need an address. Also, I think it might be cheaper if you open your LLC with http://www.quickcorps.com/ (only cost me $200 and change and they did the EIN# for me). I had my business account set up with a USA PO Box and I scanned all of the information, sent it to Bank of America, got approved, and made my initial deposit.

But doing it yourself is cheaper........

could you elaborate on this? do you mean you are outside US and all you did was

    1. form a LLC
    2. got a USA PO Box setup
    3. sent all the docs to BOA for account opening

did you give your PO Box address for LLC also?

First of all, I think bigkee42 is in the USA, because you'll need to go to the post office in person and open one, providing identification and proof of address. In the case you're outside of the US you'll need to lookup for mail drop, or mail forwarding service, just google it. They basically give you an US phisical address to send your mail to and forward it to your international address. In the rest you should be all set, like stated above, open an account online and send all the scanned docs, providing your US mailing address.

You are right.....I am in the USA, but you could also get a virtual mailbox and get the information scanned and emailed to you. Also, someone asked about giving your social to BoA....if I could remember correctly, I gave them my EIN#.

I think legalzoon is very expensive , in different startes all it takes is $99 to register a LLC , plus **after formation you need to give a publication in the local news paper ad...and some more stuff , EIN costs additional $35 , i suggest contact a local cheap CA , or a registered agent for registration.

After you receive a EIN ,, big banks like BOA , they do a physical verification before opening a checkings account So virtual services for PO box wont work.

Another thing is you need to have some one responsible for handling legal work...so if you screw up..he wil be in trouble...LOl..
    Hope it helps..

A Social Security # is not required to form an LLC. If the LLC preparer asks you for it, then run the other way.

please find a CPA and make all terms clear before paying. CPA will help you in incorporating a new LLC, i got this done by globesamerica and feel myself befooled now and i am repenting that i should have serached for a CPA rather than doing it thru globesamerica .... if you have any questions please let me know
