Yes it is very easy to ban a Youtube account if the account is holding non copyrighted or adult movies. What you need to do is to login with different names and mark the channel as spam and report each and every video as spam with your comments.

If the account is suspended for a copyright violation, then it is possible to get it back. But if it's banned for spamming, there is no way to get it back.

See that's the problem right now with youtube there are so many people like you on there flagging video's and account's it's becoming a lost cause. Youtube really needs to fix there problem with just letting anybody flag videos and accounts they need to stop this or they will go down there already losing traffic and members because of this. Youtube sucks now there are way to many haters on there doing nothing all day but flagging video's that do not violate their tos. Youtube claims they review them but we all know its a load of crap. Google makes so much money they cant even make a department to just review videos. Wow Youtube is going down fast lol.

You'd think they could literally put down the hammer too. Like there are 1,000's of GPT, PTC, Trainn, and other affiliate advertising videos out there. You'd think they could get 100 people to go through YouTube one day and just delete all these videos and then users with multiple offenses would get banned. It's too easy.
We all know what to search to find hundreds of videos violating their TOS, you'd think they'd just go through these themselves without them needing to be reported.

Apparently there's so many people banning videos that I was actually accused of doing it. I would never do that cause I know how much it sucks. No idea why this guy though it was me. Now my account is banned, apparently he decided to get his revenge at my expense. Sigh
