Hi, I have a quick question for the experienced CPA marketers.
I took an email submit offer and sliced it. Ok So I have this fake email submit.
I have a way to make it look like the traffic will be coming from my site and not from this page with the iframe. I am just wondering, if I get caught how serious is this? Will I get banned or will I get sued for like fraud or something.
I will be taking it slow, just about 10 submits a day to start and increase it later on to make it look legit. Thanks

10 submits shouldnt get you banned. Worst is ban. You wont get sued for a couple thousand because it costs more time and money then the actual money they would get out of it. Make sure to fake the referrer.

Probably just banned, but if you cover your tracks well you won't. As Jcarokin said, suing costs more money than what you make most of the time.

Ok here's how I plan on faking the referrer, tell me if you think it would work.

    I have my site www.mysite.com
I will send my blackhat visitors to www.mysite.com/index.php?v=bh

So my index.php will check if v = bh, if it does it shows the iframe page, if it doesnt (just plain www.mysite.com or v=cpa-am-looking whatever) it shows my normal page with some content and of course a link to the cpa offer. So Im guessing they will see the traffic coming from www.mysite.com (afaik ?v=bh doesnt show on the referrer) and if they go there to check they see the content and a link.

    Banned probably.
Unless you are rich, by suing you they do not gain much. It makes no sense to sue you because even if they win, they won't be able to collect damages, since you probably don't have hundreds of thousands in your bank account. They could however sue for injunctive relief, i.e. to prevent you from doing CPAs or something else, but again that would be a utopian lawsuit...

Just play low and smooth, but mostly be wise

you will get tied up by your affiliate manager, tea bagged and then he will rim you with his tongue. Not bad really.

They could make a example of it, and save money in the long run. Plus if you do get banned your name will be blacklisted with 100 of other cpa networks, if they use the blacklisted feature on their DirectTrack platform (thats if they are using DirectTrack, which i think 90% cpa companies do)
