I checked my CJ balance last night for this month and it said $140.11. This morning I go on and it is now $122.64. What is up? No mail, no locked or extended commissions, ads still running, no corrections reported, etc.

Should I contact them or are they gonna tell me to gtfo?

Maybe a customer asked for a refund?

The same has happened to me with CJ. This is usually caused by the Advertiser rejecting the commission for some reason (most likely the customer that clicked through your link got a refund or didn't go through with the offer)

Ya, it's just an adjustment. Each sale is tracked and conversely, so are refunds.

Look at it this way, if a company were offering good commissions and I just kept buying stuff and refunding, would that make sense? No. This is why they track refunds also.

    Hope you figure everything out.

Sounds like a reversal. Check your Transaction Detail for this month (choose to display by "posted" date rather than the actual date).

However, I've noticed that the figures sometimes jump around, seemingly randomly, around the 10th. That particular glitchery tends to sort itself out in a couple of days.
