xaptor there is a post on here about making $10k over a weekend... that should give you some pointers... its basically about putting a workshop/conference together...
am in the process of setting up seo training and other web dev training here in town, keep it casual depending on how money hungry you are charge anything from $50 too $10k LOL
whatever you feel comfortable with to make it worth your while and make the guys have a good time and want to do it again!
