    Hey guys,

I started my website it's been a week. It's an e-commerce website and i have made 170$ from it so far. I haven't had a lot of customers really.

Someone made 1 or 2 videos on youtube stating that my website is a scam and started submitting it everywhere, now whenever you search for my website a lot of things come up saying it's a scam. This is ruining my name and my business, is there anything I could do about the videos and the fact that he is submitting them everywhere ?

I presume the person is a competitor in the same niche as I.

    - Rick

Hey at least you have made $170 in a week. Your best bet is to counter it with good reviews. Dominate the keywords for (your store) scam and put good reviews in its place by ranking high on those scam keywords its extra work but worth the time if you plan on running the store for a while

Matter is simple,Just create two more videos by yourself and explain it why we are genuine and not scam. And explain this is done by my competitor. That is the way to counter attack.People dont believe immediately anything whether it is genuine or spam.

Flood the internet with YOUR articles and videos. Outnumber the videos and/or reviews you're mentioning. Easy.

first, you can't stop "someone" who want to kill your business,,

2nd, you have to make people know that you are legit,, mrtmaster suggestion is good.

The thing is any website you will find says that their site is a scam. It is normally just enemies being enemies or someone who had one bad experience with your site. I found if I just ask people or even post reviews myself you notice it looks better. The point is you will always have pros and cons no matter what.
