I joined this company and I'm committed and dedicated to do the hardwork and help it to improve. It's basically a coaching centre.

So, there are 3-4 bad 1 star reviews and it's 1 year old. How to tackle this? Any way to delete, hide or anything like that I can do?

Business owner account can report it to Google but there is very less chance of removal as its very old.
If those are legit reviews contact reviewers and give them some new offer or discount for new course/standards.

Respond to the reviews assuring positive result in future.

- If there was really a mistake on your end tell that it will be investigated and taken care of.
- If that's a fake review, report it.
- If that's a review where you disagree or simply customer didn't get the product you sell respond and politely explain the features.

Encourage your new customers to leave a positive review. You can also offer a discount or free service, depending on what you do, to get a positive review.

Do not focus on bad reviews, focus on reason of why they came and eliminate it. Focus on positive reviews, meaning, quality of your service.

Recently I heard about a software that can delete Google reviews, Check it bro.

Hmm...it's one year old review. not possible..two of them wrote comments and they are about bad dealing, poor quality, poor management, especially not for girls. Dealing staff member rough rude behaviour... these seem fake. But one with profile photo doesn't look fake I guess.

Is it free? safe?

Unfortunately getting bad reviews is normal in business. You need to push them down and bury them.

So, you need to sort out positive reviews at a ratio so that they dont matter and your average is over 4*.

yeah. I have one question.
What's the safe frequency of writing reviews? Is there anything like that google restricts? One review once a week from different people's, different location, different gmail? Or they can post reviews same day or next day ?? would that be safe? I've friends. You know what I'm talking about.

It depends on the % and volume of reviews needed.

If you have 5 reviews and 4 are bad, they might have a point and you are actually better fixing your business first.

If you have 100 reviews and 4 are bad you only need a couple of reviews a day for a few days to bury them.

we posted 4-5 reviews. But google is still showing those 1-2 years old review. How to push them down with new reviews..when will the google bury them? how many reviews do we need to write to bury them and how long will it take for google to replace them with new reviews as "most relevant" review by default?
And how many reviews per day is safe to post ?

can I delete the business listing and start all over again? will it delete the existing reviews?

I never tried, this could be a solution, or it will show something like 'business is permanently closed' - I am not sure.

Just focus on getting new, positive reviews. Report the bad ones for defamation as them being fake or whatsoever.
