Bad idea to get articles?

*my first post*(long time stalker)
So i schemed up and ad i'd like to post making people apply for a job...
by sending in a resume and small orginal essay/article... its a little more in depth but you know..
my bf says it sounds super illegal.
i want to take the articles they send me and use them on AC.
& i sent in 7 articles on the 28th and 29th and still no payment...
do i have to set up a paypal account or does it do it for me?

thats a great idea and no its not illegal.

With varying twists, many people are doing this. No it's not illegal.

You will have to set up your own paypal....I think that was your question?
