Hey guys, I have a big problem with my website. I will start with a little story, so you will better unstand it.

Some years ago, an online friend and I started to build a website. He build the website, design und plugins and I managed the community, promote the website and wrote articles.
After some weeks we start with making money by cpa, ppv and directmaketing. We split the earned money for the first time (everyone got 50%). After our 500 Dollar he wanted to get 80%, because his tasks are much harder than my.

So I decided to leave our crew and project to start with my own website (same topic). I found a new coder for technical maininstance and all was good.
Some weeks ago, 3 years later, my website is better ranked, have more visits and I think I earn more. My old partner wrote me an email that he's very angry about me and I better should close or sell my website. If I will not do this, he will make bad things.

Since some days my website ranked very very bad, I lost nearly all searchengine visits (these are 18k - 20k per day and now I got only 10-1000 per day)

I dont know what he did, I only know that he know a lot of blackhat methodes and he told my, that he know how to kick websites out of google.

What should I do know? Only wait till Google leave me out of the filter or is my website now trash?
My website is 3 years old and all is "white hat", so I think Google should trust my website if anyone should spam in the name of my website.

And do anyone know which ways he could used?

First of all I don't know what white head is, second if he really did that, I would tell you to SEO your site better, and hire a guy to lets say take out his website :) PM me for a forum where Hackers are, if you want to, also I would suggest that you buy traffic, and pay someone here to check you website to see what your former partner did to your website,

He probably spammed your website with a huge amount of links. Maybe porn anchor texts.

Backlinks are really not ok. There are a lot of blogspam comments with links to my website.

I cant believe that everbody can destroy online business from other people with software for not more then 100 Dollar. :zx11pisse I dont know how many blogs he spamed, because I didnt check backlinks in the last months, but I think that must be thousends of spam-comments, or what do you think? I mean my website had around 50.000-90.000 visits per day and all was without black hat methodes.

I once read that Google put spam websites in an sandbox for some weeks or months and than the website will rank with the spamlinks. Is that right?

Sorry, "white had" for sure. I'm not an native english speaker, I think that can you see. Thanks, but I'm not interessted on people, which will hack his website. But...is it expensive? :D

if you have an old website with large number of good quality backlinks as you stated then I don't believe that google will punish you for spam backlinks, you might experience some dancing but you will get back to the top soon

Sad that people use underhanded methods like that, sorry to hear OP.

Is there any way of un-doing such damage by contacting Google?

It looks like he spammed your site with poor backlinks (probably porn). Your site is dancing because google is trying to figure out what to do with it.

The best thing you could probably do is a few massive blasts with SB or xrumer with the proper anchors.

    Good Luck!

If your website still has PR showing, then Google have not blackballed your site, but as has already been suggested, they are just trying to work out what is going on and dancing with it for a while.

If your site had page rank, and now the page rank bar is grey, then I would be a little concerned.

You said the site is 3 years old. Then hang fire and wait for things to settle for a little.

He's given your 3year old site a blast of free porn links that isn't worth giving ranks according to google, but i think checking your pr and your links will tell you where to start from, but don't be merciful,it's awful to destroy someones sweats within days, don't only kill his website, bombard his affiliates links, ads, whatever, but don't forgive, tell him you're a blackhatter.

Ask for a google reconsideration, try to be honest and say what happened (in best manner possible, even have someone write it up for you, so you don't send in lousy english).

Absolutely do consult the webmaster tools to see what's up aswell.

Write short, complain to them about change you had and ask them if they can see what's up with it, mention that you do have 3 year site with great history, and do tell about the moronic competitor sending you threats.

Also, give it a full month from traffic drop to react, I know it sucks, but give it some time first.

Responding to guy's methods will only come back harder on you if you don't know what you're doing, and if you do write honest "white hat" mail to google and they can verify that what you're saying is truth about site quality - they will reconsider, and your site may come back in few hours to its previous glory.

I've done this few times when needed in different situations and can confirm - google hates spammers, but loves good guys, so no worries if you're straight!

    Good luck

Thanks for your help guys, particularly funkman. At first I will collect all informations and write a mail (in good english) to google and hope they understand my situation.

Now I found over 80000 spam comments with porn and senseless content. I watched some blogs and the most have only no more than 2 articles but I found 2 not bad blogs with pr 3-4 and I think there are more. :D
Do you think, if Google let me out of the filter all these 80000+ links will push my website?

Ask him for his method and we┬┤ll sell it as a WSO. Also invite him to our forum I know many people here tried to take out competitors too he would be a nice addition.

Do you run a warez forum ? He could just have reported you to google , too.

Well, theoritically you should become stronger and you would thank him for the link building he has done.

If not, and the backlinking still hurts you badly, you have the key of a secret that G doesn't want you to share. So you make an ebook and you can win serious money from it.

When you see that way, it is a winning winning situation ;)

I would suggest you to not get involved in a backlinks war but you may want to insure your back in creating a new website on the same niche without telling him that you are behind it. You'll get the experience of the current one so it will grow faster.

Plus, you re new here, so you may have a lot of things to learn to build your website way quicker :)
