Backlinks

Can someone tell me why I used to have quite a few backlinks in google, and now don't have any, while Yahoo is still show some? The links haven't gone away, they are still their I've checked.

Its PR update time so you will be seeing a lot of changes in sites PR, Serps etc.
Googles site:command doesnt show you many links at all anyhow, only a sample.

If you want to see what google counts as backlinks for your site then you need to sign up for webmaster tools and add your site .. then you can check external backlinks

In that case Google sees 1886 slightly better

yep they dont like to show the links with the link:command as other webmasters use it to there advantage!

Soooo we just use Yahoo instead
