Simple question here:

How many time (days/week) does it takes Google this see fresh new back links?

It depends on the link. Some backlinks can get indexed in minutes, some take days, and some never get indexed.

Ok, and I heard that the better the link is, the faster it gets indexed, is that true?

Yes. If you are building links on quality sites, they should be indexed very fast.
If you are using automation or building low quality links, it can take a long time to get indexed (if it gets indexed at all).

This is not for you... Sorry to say that but its the truth.
It`s clear that you want to learn how SEO works but you should focus on what already made you money in IM..

And to answer your question : Yes... Most of the SEO Packages sold on BHW are complete BS.
If you want to do a business out of SEO you either find the right person to outsource tasks [Trial & Error just like SEM, PPV and other stuff ] or you do it yourself.

However, to find the right person to outsource you have to start a lot of tasks on your own to see which methods work.
It`s a very long journey if you want to win with SEO.
I have about 6 years in SEO and I still "fail" with some sites.. ( go over the estimated budget to meet my targeted ROI ).

it totally depends on the quality of the website if its a high pr one it will get indexed asap and same goes for the low pr sites they take time.

It is based on quality of article content, authority of the website. As said above few link will get index in few hours, some in 1 month and few will never. So try to make your content as unique as possible.

It depends like the above members explained. However you can use various services to get your links indexed quickly. :blindfold
