    Hi

We all know that getting backlinks from relevant content page is usefull

but how dose google identify if the content is relevant ?

dose the crawl will just look if there are similar words at the content or the crawl will care about the general meaning ?

for example if I have a website talking about evil tower, and i got a backlink at a page talking about France but evil tower not mentioned, so will google understand it's relevant especially if it wasn't in English language ?
